Join us for an evening of community, mindful movement, and meaningful connection as we welcome the spring season. We’ll begin with a grounding mobility + stretch class to help you root into your body, then transition into planting flowers as a symbol of blooming into what’s next.
The night closes with guided discussion and journaling centered on growth, intention, and the energy of the incoming spring.
